LUMA Hotel San Francisco

This hotel is top notch!! Love it here!! We really enjoyed the stay! My only issue is there room size and number of people that can stay in a room. I have a family of five and we had to get too rooms because they only allow 4 people per room. So it cost me double! My kids are young and we could have easily fit in one room. Other than that it was very nice.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and valet parking was instant! We booked 3 rooms a few months prior for the Stevie Nicks concert . Keys were given to the valet and we instantly got our rooms. Staff was very friendly and told us about all the amenities! Rooms were nice , clean and comfortable! Make sure you check out the rooftop bar when it opens! There is a gym, and wine tasting . Order coffee and a robot brings it to you !! Next day we checked out and so was 500 other people at the same time ! To make up for the time they took the cost of the valet parking off the bill! I would stay here again as a group anytime !

I was in town for the SF Workday Rising conference and my stay was amazing. I interacted with multiple workers throughout my stay and everyone was unbelievably helpful and kind. I had a 6 day stay and even on Day 1, the manager was super friendly and I witnessed him speak and interact with every guest he could, despite it being busy, which I feel helped keep an upbeat vibe throughout the hotel. I tried to take the names of everyone who helped me but I know I missed a couple. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and allowed me to check in early since the room was ready. Nam was great during the day shift and always greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed anything. Ricky and William on night shift were very kind and interactive each time I passed through the lobby (I am a very social person and talk a lot so I appreciate the small talks we had when the lobby wasn't as busy). I had two rooms and the first room was great with a view of the bay. My second room (the suite) had an even better view of the bay and was overly spacious with a very large shower! This is one of the cleanest and most chill hotels I have ever stayed at. The Cavana on the rooftop had a cool vibe and the food was good - I went there 3x for food and drinks. I was also able to order coffee in the mornings and it was brought to my room by the robots. As a person who works in tech, I loved this and thought it was the coolest feature! Overall I had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The location is great, the workers are great, and they fully lived up to the reviews I read online before booking. Thank you to everyone who participated in making my stay a great experience!
